Who would you breed this mare to in the Mid Atlantic area?

this mare has been in my virtual stable for a while now. has she been retired, and if, so, hopefully sound?

I was actually looking at her sister by Glitterman but she has apparently been sold.

I would try Dance with Ravens?

Take advantage of what appears to be a strong A.P Indy - Quiet American cross.

Since she is a maiden mare you want to get her off to a good start so I would go with a proven sire rather than a new one. If she were mine, I would send her to Outflanker as he is a proven stallion and moves his mares up. The mating gives you an A++ TrueNick and an A WerkNick and he also already has produced a stakes winner out of a Pleasnt Tap mare, Apple Special.

Might not be one to try first but what about Louis Quatorze?

Albert the Great would be an interesting mating also.

I like Albert for Chauette or her sister Asfastasshecannow because I think the strength in Albert's pedigree comes from his dam, Bright Feather, a very productive Fappiano mare out of a Northern Dancer line mare. Chauette and her sister Asfastasshecannow both can capitalize on that part of Albert's pedigree. Unfortunately, with the market being where it is its hard to justify breeding anything that is not a stakes winning mare.

Valiant Nature would give you:

2S X 4D to His Majesty
4S X 5D to Northern Dancer
4S X 5D to Never Bend

dosage 2/6/20/1/3[32]

http://www.pedigreequery.com/prized

If he is still standing at O'Sullivan in WV. He was an 1986 foal.

I think the Japanese and the South Americans are on to something. Along with Sunday Silence, the Kris S line and American Chance line were and are popular in the Southern Hemisphere program. PRIZED is last of the KRIS S colts standing in the Mid-Atlantic. For the money, he's a bargain.

The following is KRIS S stats:

Sire of: 5 Breeders' Cup Champions: Action This Day, Brocco, Hollywood Wildcat, Prized, Soaring Softly.
3 Eclipse Champions: Action This Day, Hollywood Wildcat, Soaring Softly.
Japanese Horse of the Year: Symboli Kris S.
Champion Damsire: Zenyatta, War Chant, Student Council, etc.
