Have hypomated with several stallions and can improve on the speed and stamina numbers over her previous breeding (to Crown Attorney) Ideally wanting to breed in Ontario but would also like to know the best overall match available. many thanks

Your mare's dam's best foal was by Leestown, a son of Seattle Slew. I think there are a couple of other options that might work, too, if you don't find a Slew line you like.

Out of 7 foals out of mares by Danzig and Danzig Connection, Home At Last had 5 winners. That alone suggests that Danzig would probably be a useful cross on Rushin Home. Home At Last also has a good winner out of a Distorted Humor mare, who is Mr P-line over Danzig. It goes the other way, too, with Distorted Humor having 4 winners from 5 foals out of two different Home At Last mares (edited to make actual sense).

Home At Last is also a son of Quadratic, out of Smartaire, who combined with Cyane produced the good stallion Smarten. Not too many mares by either Quadratic or Smarten saw Mr Prospector, but when they did, the results were generally very good...such as Cuddles, winner of the Hollywood Starlet. Nor have Quadratic and Smarten been combined often--except with the descendants of one particular, very well-known farm. (Do you see where I'm going with this? :) )

A Danzig mare out of a Smarten mare out of a Nodouble mare was bred to Mr Prospector 4 times, winners every time. One of them, Dance To Destiny, is standing at Sam-Son farms. He's young, but it's encouraging that out of his first mature crop (3yos of 2009) 85% made it to the races by the end of their 3yo year and half of them won.

A mating with Rushin Home and Dance to Destiny would produce a cross very similar to this: http://www.pedigreequery.com/square+eddie

And also to this: http://www.pedigreequery.com/shoal+water

If Dance to Destiny isn't to your liking, I note that Rushin Home has a lot of Khaled and Mahmoud in her breeding. Holy Bull's son Macho Uno has been throwing stakes winners to horses with clusters of Khaled and Mahmoud (that is from an analysis I saw on BloodHorse).
