" Hi Nutmeg,
I took note of your mares dam and the stakes runners you mentioned that she's a 1/2 sibling to...Factual Number and Factual Contender. They were owned and bred by the late Carl Lizza, a top breeder/owner in NY at that time. Looking further Wheely Pink has Fred Hooper and Harbor View blood flowing around as well:>) With that in mind, when taking a shot at breeding a mare of this caliber, I like to reproduce some of the blood that could cause lightning to strike...for that reason I like Zivo. The foal would be inbred 4x4 to Fappiano, 4x5 to Tri Jet, 5x5x5 to Mr. Prospector and would possess the Rasmussen Factor (RF) 4x5 to Hail Proudly through full siblings Tri Argo and Triocala. I don't know if you are familiar with the RF, but it can be a potent breeding factor in this situation. Best of luck, TJ " END QUOTE.
Hi Nutmeg, I think TJ gave you excellent advice, the 4x4 Fappiano, 4x5 Tri Jet and the Rasmussen Factor for Hail Proudly sound like good upgrades, and our ability to see these duplications and line breeding is why we subscribe to Pedigreequery.
Just GLANCED at the pedigree (Madelyn would have to do an exhaustive in depth search, a pedigree analyst just has to glance) and available NY stallions and came up with what I think is a great alternative choice: D'Funnybone:
https://www.bloodhorse.com/stallion-reg ... -funnyboneLook at D'Funnybone's dam sire: Woodman. Wheely Pink's damsire: Triacola.

http://www.pedigreequery.com/index.php? ... d=&x=0&y=0Buckpasser is Tom Fool over War Admiral/ La Troienne line. Triacola is Tri Jet/ Tom Fool over War Admiral/ multiple La Troinne lines.
Triacola's dam: Hail Proudly; line bred to War Admiral, the dam sire of Buckpasser. You can't get any better!!!!!!!!!1 This is what's exciting about pedigree research and why it's worth it, even when you get insulting answers ( which is the norm on the moderated from hell poke a finger in the poster's eye moderation around here) when you ask a mating question, it's worth it when you get a polite helpful response from someone like TJ. Nutmeg, hopefully you will complain to the owners of the forum for the lack of moderation. Springboro probably lost a s$&t load of money on a bad bet and had to say something nasty to your post to get even with the world for their own lousy bad luck, and Madelyn's response that maybe there was an assumption you should spend less money and breed a sporthorse instead was outrageous. The suppose to be helpful moderator breeds plenty of cheap claimer and cheap allowance horses, and after all the years of moderating this forum, the best they could come up with was some 1/2 arsed thinly veiled insult. You go ahead and breed Wheely Pink to get yourself a nice thoroughbred running horse, and moderator can take their own assumption and breed their own TB mares to sport horse stallions. Lord knows (and I know too) they got ones with worse pedigree than Wheely Pink.
Your mare is 1/2 sister a stakes winner who made over 1/2 million dollars, and another good runner too in the hundred's of thousands. She's a perfectly good candidate to breed and raise a runner for yourself to run, with just as much chance as any other to have fun and win some races.
