Arkansas must have a hell of a stallion incentive program

Looked at his produce record, his offspring have an impressive # of starts, seems he puts very sound durable horses on the ground.

I wish he was coming to West Virginia instead of Arkansas

He would probably do well in PA also.

Maybe the best in the country as Arkansas pays breeders awards on all North American races.

the oaklawn report which is like the daily recap show for oaklawn comes on at 10pm and in it they have these commercials that promote the arkansas stallions. good lord lol. I don't think i've ever heard of a horse that i would actually know. Arkansas's stallion roster is basically storm and a half and that's it.

i mean though the racing is very good, they pay good money for the races down here, and if i'm not mistaken they even run ARK restricted races in Louisiana at Louisiana downs. I might be mistaken on that but i don't t hink i am.

also, there is a 10% whatever it's called where the breeder gets 10% of whatever the horse earns, regardless ofw here it runs. I know this beucase i see the commercial everyday.
