Fate of the Himyar line (now that INCLUDE has been pensioned)

Postby MaresRest » Thu Jan 13, 2022 10:10 am

With INCLUDE pensioned this year (https://www.airdriestud.com/horses/include.html), it would seem the Domino sire line in the U.S. is perhaps finally truly perished.

And Himyar's other extant line, through Plaudit, is increasingly perilous as we get farther removed from Holy Bull's passing. At least there's MUCHO MACHO MAN for now.

Anyone know of any promising colts from either Himyar line that would keep this potential outcross line in play another generation?

A recent alert from The Bloodhorse:

A leading first-crop, second-crop, and third-crop sire in the Mid-Atlantic region, REDEEMED has sired 43 winners and has progeny earnings exceeding $3.5 million.
He will stand for $2,000
