Quiet American

Looking for openions on Quiet American. I like the doubel Dr Fager with an in-bred or is it line-bred Bold Ruler mare we own. However, i don't know if I like him $20,000 worth.

griff - FYI - Do a search on 'Quiet American' this Discussion making sure you search 'message text' not just the title and you should come up with some good comments that were offered when I asked about this sire and his sone Real Quiet a few months ago.

Dr. Fager produced superior nicks when bred to mares that traced to the sire line of (Prince Rose) Dr. Fager was bred to 27 (Prince Rose) mares and produced 18 winners and 6 SW.
The dam sires that produced those superior nicks were Princequillo---Prince John---Round Table---Faristan---Stage Door Johnny---Charlottesville---Dedicate and Tambourine.

To Griff: How many crosses of (Prince Rose) does your mare have?

She only has one cross to Princequillo that I can find and it's six generations back. She's a 5X5X4 to Bold Ruler and a 6X5X6X5 to Nashrullar. 5/2/0/1 overal and 4/2/0/1 on turf. 16.1 HH and perfect conformation.
