I was expecting he and would go to a regional program since Darley didn't seem to support him with their good mares and secondly he's still a 3% stakes producer with nearly 600 foals of racing age.
I bred to him when he was 15K and his AEI vs CI was to an advantage of nearly 1.0 and now it .10. His yearlings a Keeneland (2010) averaged about 12K, with his reduced fee of 10K. Darley has two new guns coming on board, so this makes good since to put him in a solid regional program.
Still he's a very solid breed to race horse producer with 40% ITM average, 44k avg. earnings, & 17K median earnings per runner. A further fee reduction will keep mares coming for breed to race, and regional sales.

I would expect a few more big names coming soon.
I only hope they don't over price him. They had a tough time with Jump Start at 10k which seems to be the threshold in PA for the majority of breeders.
