Parading, Sightseeing or Stroll

Postby ct2346 » Sun Nov 28, 2010 6:15 am

Looking for a Pulpit to cross with one of my mares in KY and any of these will work pagewise. Would appreciate any thoughts, plugs, detractions in any of these directions. Mare is 16.1h correctly made with good bone and no real issues to adjust for.

Thanks for any views.

I would choose proven over unproven so I would use Stroll.

The only one I saw was Parading and I found him to be just a bit "funny" and I don't know if it's because he's that big but he seems to have a big chest, big legs, big hind and smaller, neck/head. He is the cheapest though so if your mare is dominant then he could be the best gamble.

Whenever I look at a horse in the stallion register who (1) has been at stud and quite available for conformation pictures and (2) still only has a racing picture it makes me think the horse's standing conformation must be quite suspect..
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....

zi foaled 2 sightseeings last season, They were really great looking babies. I also went to see him when I went to Ky. He is gorgeous, but a monster sized stud, HUGE!. I liked his conformation.
Thanks,

Kathy
