Virginia Thoroughbred Association

2013 STALLION SEASON AUCTION

www.vabred.org

February 13, 2013

ONE BIDDING DAY ONLY!!!

In the past I've done very well in this auction. A strong list of KY stallions for breed-to-race folks.

Pretty impressive list. What would a stallion advertised at $15k go for? $3k; $5k? I guess it depends.

The Virginia Thoroughbred Assoc has posted a list of seasons that can be purchased outright for an undisclosed price. To me it looks virtually identical to the online auction list, especially for Ky stallions. Does this mean that these seasons didn't reach their reserve during the online sale or are these additional NG seasons being sold by the farms
