I really wish he may be able to get the kind of mares
he deserves. Finding mares with good pedigrees that
may help him boost his own lower half-pedigree looks
like a real challenge. Wish him good luck.

The rumor I heard was $4 mil. I feel bad for anyone that has a mare in foal to him. Luckily I managed to avoid that kick in the crotch after taking a reaming on both Sharp Humor and Rock Hard Ten.

I'm curious how much support he received though. I did not find him very appealing. Talented, early running racehorse no doubt, but he never matured and filled out. He's very small, light boned, and narrow bordering on scrawny. Compared to his other first year counterparts like Union Rags(same age), Maclean's Music, Get Stormy and Dialed In; Hansen's physical was severely lacking. All of those horses offered, at least in my opinion, a better more balanced physical at a better price, with the exception of Union Rags.
