Smart Strike...a question

Postby Mac » Thu Apr 02, 2015 3:25 pm

I am breeding to race and like two-turn horses, so have bred several mares to English Channel. It was scary because none of the mares are much over 15 3, but so far it has turned out okay, everything we foaled out is on track to be over 16 hands. Two colts and two fillies so far. They definitely are not huge but are at least a good average height. However two of them seem a little fine-boned so I'm not getting everything on my wish list. My question is this: does anyone else have offspring of Curlin or Lookin at Lucky, and are they tending to be medium sized or tall or what? Are they throwing good bone? Thanks if anyone has seen any or has any.
