Have seen him, and bred to him. He was very impressive, just a lot of him. Liked his pedigree, especially the bottom half for the specific mare he's going to. Correct enough for me. Sort of felt his early retirement had a lot to do with how hard he was pushed when young, rather than some unsoundness issue. So, my thought was that the physical package is certainly impressive, and we certainly saw he was a very talented individual, but that his untimely retirement might have left some of his genetic potential undiscovered or undervalued. He's not cheap, but seemed fair to me. Obviously, or I wouldn't have given it a shot.
