A couple of years ago there was a thread and most likely the states offering then are offering again.

TCA I'm sure will have one (it's very good). And I know NY has one scheduled. VA usually the last, in Feb. Iowa and Indiana have one and the letters for the Abbreviation ITBOA are confusing! One of those I think is on starquine.

It will be interesting who's offering what - and if people are bidding and buying.
