If anyone has their copy of Richard Stone Reeves "Decades of Champions" the height should be in there because I am pretty sure when I read it (over and over and over as a kid) he would include their heights.

My old Stallion Register from 1984 didn't list it, like some sires, so I'm thinking smaller. But given some of his sons, it would seem bigger? The pic on the PQ listing looks pretty substanial

The reference work Great Thoroughbred Sires of the World (2006, Churchill, Reichard, and Rogers) has Roberto at 16.1-1/2 hands. That does not seem unreasonable given that his sire Hail to Reason and his broodmare sire Nashua were both horses measuring 16.2 or better and Bull Lea (the sire of his second dam) was 16.1.
