Stedfast - following up to my PM earlier today: here is the inactive reference I googled while searching for "L'Africain Bleu", New Mexico:

V. Grace Cunningham
V. Grace Cunningham. Los Lunas, New Mexico 2003.1.12.
Elks Uz; L'Africain Bleu; Moudix Bleu.
homepage.mac.com/pa_ma_/Stallion/StallionUSA/VGraceCunningham.html - 2k - Supplemental Result - Cached - Similar pages

I gather that V. Grace Cunningham at one time stood all three of these stallions. (The edited info for "Elks Uz shows the owner as "Veva G. Cunningham") IF this person is still in Los Lunas, NMx, it shouldn't be too hard to track them down via telephone directory, internet, etc.

L'Africain Bleu was reported bred to 14 TB mares in 2003 JCA report of that name and to none in 2004. This database lists no offspring for this stallion by contrast. He is the product of intense inbreeding to the Byerly Turk via sire St. Cyrien (LUTHIER) and Sagace (LUTHIER) dam's sire, in addition to other representatives close up in the pedigree.

Moudix Bleu has three lines to AMBIORIX (5S x 5S x 4D) while also being the relatively rare tail male descendant of MAHMOUD via his descendant: Pass The Tab. He is shown by this database to have produced one offspring in 2000.

Elks Uz by the stallion UZI, a son of Rich Cream is sex balanced inbred to My Babu, and with another line to Klarion is 6S x 6D x 6D DJEBEL. This database shows him to have had one offspring. This database shows this stallion to have produced four offspring from '93 - 2001 - one of whom is the dam of Moudix Bleu's sole listed offspring.

Here's something else I found on the web for "L'Africain Bleu"....It appears to be a race entry report on a 2YO filly by L'Africain Bleu to race a few days ago with her past performances shown, BUT I'm wondering if this isn't one of those "SYM Racing" horses, in other words not real??? CAn anyone verify for me if this filly exists?

I'm not far from Los Lunas, but I've never heard of this stallion or owner, however I did find one website that referred to the owner as Mike Cunningham, and there is a Michael Cunningham listed as a new member of the New Mexico Horse Breeders Association. I'll make some inquiries.

I did a google and got hits on this stallion from all over the planet.

Found this:

L'AFRICAIN BLEU (FR) (c. by =Saint Cyrien). 6 wins, 3 to 8 in France
and NA, $157,477 (USA), Grand Prix de Lyon-Aeroport Lyon-Satolas,
Prix de l'Avre, 2nd Prix de Reux.

copied from this site: http://hammond.tjcis.com/stonerside/members/data/pedspublic/IdleRich1995.asp (See listing under 3rd dam)

Appears he was bred in France and ran in Europe before coming to the US where he was trained by Sahadi for a time (ran in the December 1997 Hollywood Turf Cup against River Bay and Awad but didn't place). Also ran at Lone Star Park in 2000 (2nd). There's also a filly or mare by the same name, but here are a few websites that seem to pertain to the '93 stallion (for what it's worth?):
