Anyone visited LanesEnd (Ky)?

Postby toadie » Mon Apr 18, 2005 11:15 pm

I would love to see Pleasantly Perfect when I'm in Ky. next week. Was just wondering how receptive LanesEnd is to visitors that just want to ogle  We're going to Mill Ridge and I'm hoping to have time for a couple more.

I've been to Lane's End a couple of times and saw Pleasantly Perfect last year. They are usually perfectly happy to have visitors. This is a tough time of year though, since it's the busiest time for the stallions. If I were you, I'd just give them a call and see what they have to say. I bet they can manage to fit you in.

hi toadie

As recommended by LSB and sstacy19...an advance phone call to Lane's End always seems to get it done. Usually short notice is fine...but during the breeding season...who knows.

Enjoy.

I've been there. We actually bred a mare there when Spend a buck was there. They were great but it doesn't matter what farm you want to go to see I would call ahead. Some of the farms have security at the gates and they will have your name there if you have an appointment.Marg.
