Parker Storm Cat Foals

Postby topley » Mon May 08, 2006 7:12 pm

Anybody seen any? I would appreciate anyone's general impressions of his offspring or his prospects as a sire.

I have one that's about three weeks old now that we like a lot.

Thanks in advance.

There are pictures of his foals on Country Life Farm's website if you want to take a gander. His first crop are yearlings this year. His half brother is Malibu Moon (by A.P. Indy) who currently has 15 stakes winners. I think the proof will be in the pudding when his progeny hits the track next year...then we'll get an idea how they run. With Storm Cat and Mr. Prospector in the pedigree, I am sure there is bound to be speed in those legs.

Best Wishes!

Thanks. I actually had seen the site and the pictures. I was hoping for someone who had seen a few in person.

I agree next year we will have a better idea.

I really like his pedigree and I was able to see a reply of two races that he did have here in the states and he was pretty impressive, I think they were both at the allowance level. He had a first and a second. The second was more impressive than the first actually. He had a tough trip, got very wide on the turn for home, came in second by a nose and if the race was 20 yards longer he would have won by a length or two.

Anyway. Thanks again.
