I had the opposite reaction, but i'd imagine we're looking for two different things. I think it's a very good "race horse" sale, especially for pinhookers, etc. but if you're looking for fillies with top families, it came up rather light. 4 made my short list.

Like a lot of the fillys Maven. Here is ones I find interesting:

Hip 33
Hip 39
Hip 44
Hip 49
Hip 73

That's the first hundred hips. Granted, not TOP families, but solid stock. And like you siad, this is more of a "racehorse" sale, top pedigree is reserved for the Saratoga Select and First few days of Keeneland.

I intend on being there too.

Good race horse families. 44 looked like a disaster as a weanling but she may have matured nicely.

I will also be at Keeneland September and possibly Saratoga.

Should we have a "query board" signal and handshake?

I'll be there :) Would love to meet up with some of you.

One of the horses we bred and sold last year in November is being sold in the sale and since I have his full sister I want to see what he looks like :) No plans on buying however.

I'll also be at the September sale - I will have one in that sale :)

Anyone interested in getting together, let me know, we can arrange a meeting site and exchange numbers - sorry dray - MM ears will just not work with my hair :)

Bummer. I'm really hot with big plastic black round ears. I'll PM you with my cell. Collect 'em and let's all have a drink.

Okay guys - wear your Mickey ears - I'll either wear my devil horns or my halo depending on my mood for the day

And yes, Madelyn - we will get together THIS time (bad back and all) - I took the barn buddy to lunch yesterday and sneezed while I was driving (not good with a bad back as pain shoots through you and you about die and the car swerved a little) - and she said "please do not do that again" (HA). Hopefully it will be much better by then :)
