Dray you have to love JJs Dream, earner of $1M+!! What an incredible racemare with a huge turn of late foot. My other half saw her race many times in ILL. I like the sire too, Action This Day - it will be interesting to see how his first 2 yo's fare.
I take it you pinhooked this one as a yearling? Nice pick.

Well, I like ATD, but he's an unproven new sire, and the mare was impressive, but the female family race record didn't blow me away enough to overlook the match's pedigree--nothing wrong with it, but I like to look for interesting inbreeding patterns, which this one lacks.
That said I know I need more study in determining which crosses work well.
I concentrate more on what blood I like to see duplicated in a pedigree.
Is that one yours?

Nope, it's not mine. It's Hoby's and I'm not involved, but every now and then (since I have an "in" )I ask him if he has anything "good". Hoby is my 2YO trainer and consignor for the sales... and I trust his opinion. He mentioned this one is one to look at... and that's good enough for me. I expect this one to show well, and sell well.

Hi Dray,
I'm not really sure where she is right now - I know she's not at Palm Meadows... perhaps Fairgrounds, but no published works. I'll ask Josie.
She was a training buddy for my filly last summer... an average looking filly (wasn't too expensive as a yearling)... her wins came later on in the year at 7F and 1 1/16M on the poly.... so-so competition she beat, in a so-so time. Not a bad horse, by any means.
