Any sales other than F-T streamed online?

Postby kenlblack » Fri Aug 08, 2008 11:22 am

Hi Everyone -

First of all, this is my first posting and I'm delighted to have found the forums here. (Never mind the fact I've been using Pedigreequery for a few years without even realizing there WAS a Forum. Old age and bifocals do that to you!)

Anyway, is anyone aware of sales companies streaming their sales via video over the Internet, similar to what Fasig-Tipton does? I've looked at a few sites and nothing jumps out at me. I have to admit that I was totally hooked watching their video on Monday and Tuesday evenings, even if it DID freeze out on me around HIP 180. Thanks in advance!

I believe that last year the CTBA streamed the yearling sale, but you couldn't bid over the Internet. I don't understand why they don't just use the same company that Barretts does, Live Global Bid.
