Does anyone else just about roll over laughing about the positively inocuous "MAJOR CHANGES" touted here:
http://news.bloodhorse.com/article/4686 ... newsletter?

They think limiting the use of the whip and ruling against toe grabs (which have already been banned for racing) constitute Major Drastic Changes to restore confidence in the two year old sales??
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....

Unbelievable. Honestly, we are our own worst enemy. "Control" the whip? Sad. Sad. Sad.

How about gallops like they used to be and still should be.
