I was called by a friend in Fl they told me that since FT was sold to the Dubai crowd that 2 new things went into effect.

1) Sellers will receive there monies from the sale company within 20 days even if they haven't been paid by the buyers.. Yea!!!! OBS takes 6-8 weeks..

2) That FT will be doing in-house financing. You file a credit application just like a bank.

I think both of these two new developments are very positive. Due to the economy, stock market, tighter lending laws and many other factors in the country this is a very good move to get people to purchase.

I was told this started at the Saratoga sale.

Anyone have anymore info please post.
