I can't believe these prices. Rats..I should have went to the sale to buy.

As an exmaple, a weanling filly by Artie Shiller that is a half to graded stakes winner/sire just sold for peanuts!

These prices are insane.....

What happened with Azeri? I have been watching this whole time. She's about to step in ring and they suddenly start replaying all of the horses from Hip 280. What is going on??

I wonder if they pulled her....

Rogulet..that's a pretty good price on your watch mare.

The feed worked for me... I watched Azeri. The board said "sold" but I guess they don't distinguish between sold and bought back on the board?

She looked irritated... pawing, ears back. Like she'd rather not have to be in the ring.

I have several other "watch mares," and I'm sure at least one, likely several, will go much cheaper than the first one.

Yeah, they said they were going to sell her but he also bought back her colt for 7.7 m so we shall see!!

So, Rogue, you buying more mares? Or just watching the market?

I'm not buying (though it's tempting as hell,) but I do have a "list" of mares that I'd LOVE to get to each of the boys here. The $35,000 mare is on Private Lap's list. Now I just need to convice the new owner to breed her to him. 8)

The three others on my list that were going through the ring today were all outs.

I'm watching, but I sure wish I was there buying!

Blood-Horse just announced Azeri was bought back at 4.4 million. Must be nice to be able to say "No Thanks" to that kind of money.

Well I am going to be there tomorrow.. anyone who is watching the feed and needs something bought can pm me - I can give you my cell phone #. BUT you should already have your credit form faxed into Keeneland, etc., and I can sign as your agent.

Bear in mind that the computer feed runs delayed, and what you see happening in the ring on your computer probably happened at least 12 seconds ago.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....

Has Michael Paulson got a screw loose? I wonder how much he's paid in commissions to buy back Azeri and her foal. Must be a hidden agenda there somewhere....maybe to re-evaluate them for taxes or insurance?
