Glad to see they 'get it'. Everyone has to bring their costs into line with the new economic reality. The pie has shrunk, if it isn't divided equitably it will disappear altogether.

What is good about this is it will likely increase the number of reserves and discourage seller bidding, provided this decreased commission is ONLY on a reserve price.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....
