The quality is horrible. Usually there's a handful of nice mares in this sale but I'm hard pressed to add to the 4 that barely qualify in my book.

Absolutely dreadful. I looked through it last night and figured "who cares?" Maybe some of the short yearlings will be interesting...but based on pedigree, they too hold little interest...

There is a mare in foal to Curlin in the preferred session.

Hip 111, unraced 2006 Sultry Song mare, half to gsw OK BY ME, in foal on a 3/10 cover to Curlin.

Employees of the Kentucky farms always try like heck to convince their bosses that their are some horses they should be sent to Ocala to check out at this sale. Not being able to see into the future, but I'm betting that the weather in Ocala will be greatly preferable to the weather in Kentucky come January 19th.
