At this point, the Keeneland sales topper at 625k to Jess Jackson. I guess it does pay off when you have your horse working 4 furlongs in 48 and change in about February, and then work him 3/8ths for the sale. Happy for the Bernardinis though!

Did you see his work? He looked great. Athletic and very graceful for such a large colt. Hopefully the new connections will take him home and turn him out for a while. The seller/trainer said he was ready to race but that he didn't want to run him shorter than 6f so he put him in the sale. Wilburn was also very handsome in the ring. An all around nice colt. :)
