I agree with BlurBlood, the winner of a N1X at Santa Anita for 2 year olds the wed after the BC was probably a better choice for 2yo of the year. This horse was doomed from the start and so were the people who paid KY money to breed to him. I would be shocked if he actually goes through the ring, word is he will land in Indy

Don't be discouraged about the low stallion prices, ones stock has already gone up.

It's A Bird - 2003 - Birdonthewire - Faithful City - $7500

BTW he did look nice in the back ring, for 1000 would have been a nice hard knocker for a small breeder

re my previous post on Classy Prospector. He entered stud in 2000 and has only 46 foals?
It says he is fertile,10 years = only 46 foals?
He is by Mr Prospector, stake winner,by a very good race mare (over $600,000.)and out of those 46 most of them winners, albeith not big stake horses, sound like a layman horse to me.
what is wrong?
How about conformation, was not able to find any conformation pictures

You might contact tmqh on the board; I believe she either HAS Classy Prospector at her farm, or had him very recently.
