she is listed as a broodmare prospect, as opposed to racing or broodmare prospect. Could she still race after being sold, or is this a pretty definite sign of a necessary retirement?
Better yet, anyone know this horse and her status?
Thanks

My favorite mare at a recent MidAtlantic Mixed sale was selling as a broodmare prospect. She went on to add a bit more blacktype to her catalog page after the sale.
I also was told the 'broodmare prospect' meant the seller didn't have to worry abour warranting racing soundness on a racehorse with track jewelry.
