I was reading the in the bloodhorse.com tonight that there is "hope for buyers and seller alike because of the bill that obama signed re: 100 percent depreciation.."
Does anyone know anything about this bill?

I wouldn't believe everything I read. The sales are such a crap shoot anyway. People have to have the money to spend, and sellers have to not expect sky high prices and put un real reserves on horses. "What they should have brought" and what they actually bring are two numbers in neithers scope right now.
