I finally have my first yearling in the Keenland sale and would love to get some thoughts from people who will be at the sale Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. He is hip # 3246 and consigned by Indian Creek. He is selling in session 10 on Thursday.

He is a well balanced colt with a very nice hip and should. Overall I am happy with him. I hope others will appreciate him as well. He has a strong female page and is by Ecclesiastic. If anyone is going to the sale would you do a fellow poster a favor and take a look at him.

thank you

Thanks LB, I was just starting out thus Ecclesiastic as the sire but he is a very nice looking colt. I bred the dam to Artie Schiller last year and have a nice weanling colt from him. If you get to the sale would love to get your thoughts good and bad. He is shipping tomorrow.

thanks

Ah so you got a colt! That's funny, I was so darn sure GiGi was carrying a colt it took me a month to not think "he".

Best of luck in the sale! I had two people give me appraisals of mine before I sent him to the sale last year, so hopefully your consignor will give you a ball park so you can come up with a reserve, if you want to put one.

Going to bump this.

Would appreciate it if anyone is going to the sale tomorrow or Thursday to give me some feedback on HIP 3246. Good scope and pictures. He is selling in session 10 on Thursday.

thanks

$12,000…probably less than you'd have hoped for, but not bad given he's by Ecclesiastic. Says a lot for your mare, I think.
