Thr Irony of it all...

Postby madelyn » Sun May 12, 2019 9:22 am

I was perusing the results at Indiana Grand for May 11th since a pal of mine had got a 2nd and I wanted to see the chart. Scanning the result I was startled to see a horse named Confederate Rags and the Very Bottom. I recalled seeing this Union Rags colt sell as a yearling for $150,000 at Keeneland and here he was trailing the field of $12,500 claimers at Indiana. In fact, he has earned less per start than my little Stormy Atlantic filly I paid $1500 for.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....

It totally does. Pedigree, confo, connections mean nothing if the horse just doesn't give a crap.
All shouting does is make you lose your voice.
