Canceled Sales

Is anybody out there now stuck with a 2yo they were planning to sell at Kee, or elsewhere? What are your options - private sale? race yourself (if you can find an open track)? Even if you find buyers, from the OBS numbers it will be a big-time buyers market.

Talk about a gamble. You could pick a a 2yo with promise, train up a storm, and have absolutely nowhere to go with him. We assume that somebody will be running late summer, but who knows? It's enough of a gamble as it is. At some point, it will really knock back the number of horses in training. You can't just keep training on and bringing nothing in. Once again, the smaller operations will take it on the chin.
