Sales Forecasting Study

Postby austique » Sat Apr 29, 2006 3:42 pm

Some of you may have seen the article I posted on sales price forecasting done in the Mid-Atlantic region. I wanted to do a similar bit of research for Keenland using 5 years of horses sold at the Keenland September sale with a wider variable base. I was wondering if some of you might be so kind as to list pedigree factors which you feel have a significant effect on the final price of a yearling.

Obviously this will take awhile to complete, but all results will be shared with those who wish to see them and I may go on and do weanlings and Southwest yearling sales as well.
