I recently added a gelding to the farm and my in foal mare is doing the same thing. She lifts up her tail and paces along the fence. She has now settled down since then but she still shows some sign of being in heat. Guess I will have to make a trip to the vet to make sure everything is on the up and up.

I would have her checked just in case, but I've had several mares that will ahem show interest while pregnant. Its not terribly unusual.
