oleos93, I was just reading about vitamiins needed for good Horse nutrition and one of the symptoms of Vitamin A deficiency is excessive tearing. Could this help you?? Let us know.

Very interesteing as I just had the vet out again last week and nothing has changed in her, and the vet offers no new explination.

Types of forage can also cause excessive tearing. I understand alfalfa can cause some horses to excessively tear. I haven't personally seen the problem but it might be something to think about.
