The sunnies are whole, alot of the oil is in the shell, I thought people were bonkers when they suggested feeding them. But darn the results are amazing! It is the black oil ones not the regular type. The horses eat them up no problem and WOW the coats!!! Look great I will tell ya!. Interesting side note is that mud and dirt is easy to wisk off. I think the coat shaft even becomes slicker. I am a believer! Forgot I feed a cup a day, I split it between the morn and evening grain. Putting oil in jusst got to messy and several of the horses started refusing feed. With the sunnies no mess:)
