Have the go ahead to build a six stall barn with indoor arena for my NARHA Therapeutic Riding program on Staten Island.
Anyone have experience with Morton or Barnmasters?
Thanks!

I really appreciate the input! Thanks!
We do have to bid out the job, and I just suggested trying local contractors to the director. I live in NJ and teach the program. Not too familiar myself with the contractors on Staten Island.

You probably already know to make sure they can provide an insurance certificate for your job...
but also consider a bond to cover any deposits made... a local community contracted for a large building and the original builder went out of bussiness mid-job. The job wasn't even 30% complete, but they lost 75% of their budget. The builder didn't have the money to refund and hadn't purchased most of the materials. It really hit them hard. The building ended up costing more than twice what it should have cost by the time it was completed.
Otherwise, how cool! I'd be so excited to be building a new facility!
