Bye-bye, but do it the "Louis-way" - always on the bright side of life!
In the meantime I will think on that motto:
"those without sin may throw the first stone"
under special consideration of the circumstances of this jolly-good thread, which has so much importance for all those thousands of breeding-newbies in the US and that little rest of the world.
After having done so - hopefully with success - I will concentrate my research on that ultimate verdict of condemnation
"... but you are not a pedigree-researcher",
whereas just some pages later HE says, that anybody can become a "ped researcher" as it is no subject to be learnt at schools and universities or similar useless, but harmful institutions of misbuilding of brains.
Please don't insult BenB: he is Dutch and so definitely not from your so-called "German contingent".

Parlo, I think the winking emoticon could be considered "tongue-in-cheek". That is an American saying which probably sounds very strange in translation. I apologize to BenB, as no insult was intended. I have great respect for the Dutch. They provide me with spectacular bulbs for my garden each year, and BenB has also proven himself a student of the thoroughbred. I wish the German and Dutch contingent well. I really am signing off now. We Americans tend to belabor things
