Hi all,
I am very interested in the damside, as these are American horses and maybe you know some details about these horses. Thanks for any info I can get.
Best wishes, Erin

Dam from the family of the champ Swain. http://www.racingpost.co.uk/darley/darl ... _id=500320

Second dam was a group European winner. Half-sister is Mystic Melody, stakes winner in Europe.

GREAT female family farther back - from the line of Square Angel, which includes Cape Town (sire of Bird Town), Kamar (Broodmare of the Year), world champ Fantastic Light (http://www.thoroughbredinfo.com/showcase/madraar.htm), et al.

Going back the mares tail female family, (from her grand-dam Hiaam, to 3 generations farther back to Nangela), the females were all bred by E.P. Taylor at Windfields Farm in Canada. He is also the breeder of Northern Dancer. This was a top of the line breeding operation. Square Angel and her daughter Kamar were both Canadian Champion 3 yr old filly, both won the Canadian Oaks, and as LaTroienne pointed out, Kamar was Broodmare of the year in 1990.

MACHIAVELLIAN mares seem to mate well with sire lines to Northern Dancer, especially sons of Danzig.

IMHO, this could be a very nice mare, if someone put some time into planning a mating. I love her pedigree, BTW.

Colonel
