Now I'm your love?
I don't have experience?
I've been following horse racing since the 1950's. I'm old enough to have experience. I will admit that I never raced pigeons, but I never wanted to. I've owned more horses than you though.
You really need to have your head examined, preferably by a pigeon Dr.

You forget the cornerstones of the Louisverse:
1--only Louis can read pedigrees
2--only Louis understands genetics--all others are charlatans
3--only Louis can visually sort horses into FB/NFB (but when they are photographed, their appearances change)
4--only Louis has ever really studied horses
May 2013: Plan ahead now for the Phalaris/Teddy Centennial!

V was the dame of Z, V had 12 crosses of NP stallions & 4 crosses of Ph. stallions. They are:
Royal Charger, Nasrullah, Fair Trial=Ph.----Challenger=Swynford----Blue Swords=Peter Pan----Bull Dog, Bull Lea=Teddy----Rose Prince=Prince Rose----Papyrus=Rock Sand----Gold Bridge=Orby----War Admiral=Fair Play----Ribot=Rabelais----Mieuxce=Massine----Hyperion=Gainsborough----Foxglove=Dark Ronald.
V was a NFB with an OCPNDI, Z inherited her soundness, large frame, & stamina from her prolific crosses of these NP sire line stallions. We can see how our breed has shifted from the stamina of NP to the speed of our FB in the present.

Shammy, that,s why the use of salix and bute has to stop. By stopping with them, deminiralization of bones is prevented.
Louis, just has not a clue ,were he is talking about.

I think he was talking to the horse. He does that. Talks to horses and dead people.
As far as I can tell, I'm neither.

Are you sure? It's a Phalaris infected thread, so who knows what might have happened while you weren't paying attention. Are you feeling anemic, frail or as though you might have weak underpinnings and a catalyst of unsoundness?
Do you feel like an inbred pigeon?
These can be signs of a serious condition. If any of these symptoms worsen or persist for more than two weeks, please talk to your doctor.
To me, Phalaris was fast, sound, tough and with a good temperament.
However, for those who feel otherwise, take heart from this year's Grand National winner, Neptune Collonges http://www.pedigreequery.com/neptune+collonges.
Is there a top class racehorse anywhere today with less Phalaris blood than this fellow?

Thanks for posting. He is a very beautiful horse. Glad they retired him before he got hurt.
