I was wondering if you could tell me with the economy these days what the value this mare would add to an upcoming stallion?? smokie nokie her name...

Then she's probably not worth much, IMHO. If I were trying to value a mare I'd go look at last November's keeneland results and find a mare with a similar pedigree (or at least by the sire) to get an average and then deduct or add based on other factors. I'd also add if they were up in the catalog and deduct if they were in the back.

---> Edited to add I just saw that she was a $2,500 RNA at the FTKFEB2009 sale. I don't think she'd add much to any stallion.
