Dosage?

I just hypo mated a mare and stallion and the resulting foal has a DI-Inf, CD-Inf, is this result? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

It might mean there are no Chef's in the four generation pedigree of the resulting foal.

What is the name of the stallion and mare.
