Definition Of A "Fashion Bred"

Just for fun, some time back I asked Louis if an individual whose 6th generation sires were ALL Phalaris himself, with NO repetitions in the 5th generation, if that would mean the horse was a NON FASHION BRED, he said YES.

Take notice of the unique accumulation of ancestors in the louisverse of counting, especially in the case of Northern Dancer - the most successful sire of the 20th century.
This way of calculation "translated" in "true mathematics": 6 must be 12 according to Louis, because 6 can be divided by 1, 2 and 3 => (1 + 2 + 3 + 6 = 12!).
