Gets a "C" on true Nicks and a "F" on E Nicks based on the Unbridled's Song/Sadler's Wells cross. Does not score well on G1 Goldmine either.

Bubbler and Ivannavinalot, the dams of Arrogate and Songbird, respectively, are closely related, being by Forty Niner line sires out of Deputy Minister mares.

Seems like this breeding would minimize the genetic impact of Md'O. Is that a good thing?

I'd think that Tapit would've made a better choice. It would bring a Rasmussen inbreeding to Narrate, and Tapit is already a very proven stallion. JMHO.

A strange choice on paper.

Apparently they match up physically. But, it does seem strange to breed a mare like her to a new stallion that we have no idea about. And, I love Unbridled's Song, but his sons haven't been very good at stud.
