arlight damnit..someone has to win.

NOt a coal play fan.

Halo Najib has proven he is not a grade 2 horse

Cool Coal Man is the most overrated horse since Ten Most wanted

Big Truck is supposed to be Tagg's best 3YO in his barn.. better than the other guy..shoot...tale of ekati? as that it? We laughed then..but here big truck is and I haven't heard from tale of ekati in a while.

Tiz It is a freakin maiden.

Grand Minstrel ...no

Halo Najib has proven he is not a grade 2 horse

Smooth Air ...who the hell is smooth jazz? at any rate unless he has drastically improved since his last race..no

Silver Edition..my gosh guys?! come on now.

Big Truck...his last race might have been the worst remsen i can ever recall... the race ran in almost 1:53 and he wasn't close. he couldn't beat NY bred stakes horses...

there is noting under race replays for Notgivinmyloveaway which means he must run at philly park and he's 2 for 4...ah...pass

DAmn I want Golden Spikes just so he can get a grade 2 and go to stud.. god damn I love his pedigree. AP Indy, seeking the gold, Pleasant Colony all in the same pedigree is just too sexy. races leave alot to be desired but hell at least he's winning them.. I don't think very many of these horses can win allowence 3YO races. this one can and has (2YO)

help...me...this race is unhandicappable. there is not a legit grade 2 horse in this race. By that I mean a horse that can place in a legit grade 2.

man, I'm going to have to pull f or golden spikes on this one,but I'm not putting my money where my mouth is.

I like Big Truck A LOT. Tagg could have left him in NY to beat up on NY Breds, but he brought him down to Gulf for the reason, not the season.

um..roke.. he was playing "catcher" in thoose beatings if you get my drift.

BDW simple handicapping rule number 9:

horses that can't win state bred stakes can't win grade 2's

sometimes we make handicapping harder than it really is. pace, speed, class..DAMNIT THIS IS A HORSE WHO GOT A CAN PUT ON HIM IN A STATE BRED RACE AND HE'S IN A GRADE 2. THAT'S ALL I NEED TO KNOW UNTLI HE PROVES ME OTHERWISE

If he can get him to win this tagg is the MAN! I actually like tagg and want him to win.. hell maybe he knows something I don't. i'm sure he knows ahell of alot that I don't..

Big Truck won the Bertram Bongard at seven furlongs.

Off Big Trucks first two races, at six and seven furlongs, I think he's got a big shot here. Maybe Big Truck is nothing more than a sprinter - thus far, that's what Hook And Ladder offspring have proven themselves to be. He got caught at a mile in the Sleepy Hollow, and in the Remsen, the early fractions were slow (:49, 1:14 2/5) and it looked like he was rated into submission, so it's hard to tell off that effort if he wants to go that far or not, but I'm guessing that he doesn't.

He's a Penn bred who's Canadian based; won at Woodbine then won the Penn Nursury... don't know if that helps.

come on.. I know you guys didn't actually I think there are no GOOD gray horses out there. I'm the biggest holy bull fan on earth.

But you know the girls at the track who "only bet grays because they are so pretty".. greys really don't do it for me. If Irish smoke was a woman she'd be a supermodel, god damn that's a pretty filly... but for the most part eh...

Normally, I wouldn't think twice about a comparison like this, but in your case, BDW....

I'm biting my tongue SOOOOO hard right now!

If you;'re really into art, Mr Mellon (one of the biggest personal art collectors ever) once taught me something about horse paintings that's really interesting.

If you look at 18th century paintings of foxhunts or horses running, you'll see that artists painted horses running with their front legs extended and their back legs extended outward at the same time - that's not how a horse strides, and artists were totally embarrassed when it was later pointed out that the mechanics of a horse are different from what they had painted. It wasn't until later that artists got it right.
