Our First for 2008

Early this morning, we had a filly by Broken Vow. We couldn't be more delighted. :)

Thanks everyone! Mom and filly are doing fine. This is a first foal for the dam (Raffles Light) and she's handled everything great so far. I can't wait to see them running around outside. :)

Congrats Lb..... she is a darling. And I just love broken vow's pedigree. Your mare has a wonderful female family - love the Gulch over Danzig, especially through a daughter of Weekend Surprise. Best of luck with her!

LOL, foals are so much easier than human kids.

Thanks for the compliments on the mare. I was fortunate to be able to get her and it's a great pedigree to be able to "play" with. I'm a huge fan of Broken Vow. We have another one coming along later in the year. The first mare we bred last year, and the last one, are both in foal to him.
