I agree that the horse is white. I question that she is a thoroughbred and am guessing that the label was put to enhance the description of the photo. She looks like a garden-variety grade horse to me.

The spotted design over her white-looking coat may qualify her as a sabino white, but her tail (partially visible) looks like that of a gray. The area near her lips is "quaere" --- anybody's guess! The same judgement with her lower legs. Her body looks a little chubby. In short, more information may be necessary. On the other hand, the description looks a little categoric. Other opinions?

Not a TB. Looks draft cross. In fact it looks like a mule! Looking at the dark muzzle I think that is a grey.
