Has anyone seen a conformation photo of this stallion??? I have yet to see one. If so, can you please post the link.

Thank you!

Does anyone else think it's odd that there is not one conformation photo of this stallion anywhere and he has stood a full season at stud?

Has anyone seem him in person that can shed some light on his conformation?

Not at all - most farms will not have a conf. photo taken until they have covered mares their first year. The sheds just closed 7 weeks ago. It has been very dry here and if anyone is looking to do conf photos now they are SOL - the farms are BROWN. You probably won't see anything until the fall marketing push.

The American Thoroughbred Review has a web site that lists conformation info on a large number of stallions.

Have you seen his walking video?
He looks a bit base narrow from behind.

Yes.

I know that lots is hidden when a horse is in motion!!

However, thanks for the suggestion!! 8)

This isn't the best angle, but here: I took this in September. He's very nice - I was impressed. He has a lot of presence and is a nice big horse. Nice balance and a gorgeous body. I don't recall any major conformation faults - he is not over at the knee as he appears in this photo.

I have seen him and he is quite small but well balanced.

Yes, he is small. I'm quite confused how Sock Monkey thought he was "quite big".

I found him to be an unimpressive physical.

I didn't say he was "quite big." I said he was a "nice big horse" which was my impression - he has a good sized body and decent bone. Apologies if I gave the impression he was some outsized monster. I did like him though.

I saw him this past spring...no hes not a big horse but according to his race record it didnt seem to bother him much. I mean its not like he was running in cheap claimers. He does come in a bit on the one leg behind, it appears for be more of an injury related thing then true conformation. but then with out complete x rays we will never know.

I found him to have a nice walk...very forward and easy moving. He sure put on a show coming in from the paddock for us! :D
He was a serious consideration for our one mare...we however decided to breed in PA instead, and stay on a smaller budget knowning the market could be very iffy in the future.
Fins to the Left....
