You are a fine researcher Jorge. I appreciate these as we have champagnes for the future, and APHA sabinos this year, either full TB or Paint, or Quarter horse crossed. Many Thanks! :D

Dear Members,

For those who would like to understand the definition of various equine coat color Spanish terms, following are two extraordinary references:

01. FIRST REFERENCE -------------------------------------------------------

http://www.oni.escuelas.edu.ar/2001/bs- ... pelass.htm

02. SECOND REFERENCE ----------------------------------------------------

Open the following link:

http://www.search.com/search?q=Overos+M ... rt%C3%ADn+

then open the reference that reads: "PELAJES DE CABALLOS",
that is, "lacautivacaballos.com.ar/trabajos"

Enjoy,

Thanks for the link. For those interested in color take a look at the article on pearl.

PRECIOUS PEARLS by Irene Stamatelakys

Wouldn't be very surprised to find that pearl exists in the TB gene pool. The double dilutes look like some of the very light chestnuts that exist. Including
Easy n gold.

What an interesting angle, that on the number of chromozones present in the Przewalski's horse. Read the very interesting article at:
