The following comment on his pedigree: "Cremello & White colt"
makes me scratch my head trying to figure out his phenotype.
Can you provide a detailed description, mapping or drawing on where the cremello areas are located vis-a-vis the white areas. I have always pondered on the phenotype of this colt, really! I am under the impression that the best way to really visualize his phenotype is by examining many close up photos of him, section by section. Am I right?
Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

Here you go. Better to examine his newborn pics to see where the white is. There are various pics throughout the thread.

Oh, now I understand. He is an unquestionable cremello, albeit a wannabe white colt. Thanks for the pictures!

Yeah he's definitely a wannabe white. His dam and grandsire painted him very well. Thanks spacely for posting the link. :)

HH I have a few things in the works with him. First up is going to be deburring his forelock and tail. He's expert at finding every one on the property.

Ha! I ended up just soaking everything in Show Sheen and I'm going to do session #2. He was starting to get royally ticked at being yanked. I'm hoping they slide ever so easy out. Wishful thinking huh? lol

Only one field has them and of course it's the difficult field to cut. Funny though... his pasture mate only had one. On his whole body. The funny looking kid, a sunburned nose and burrs. Lovely.

WD-40 huh?

A little Cowboy Magic sounds pretty darn good.:mrgreen::mrgreen: OH! You mean for the horse?

Pennylane - BEHAVE!

I have to just ask, why are the piggiest horses always the grays, whites, cremellos...? And no it's not that it doesn't show, the dark ones just aren't dirty horses.

You guys are too funny! I haven't laughed that hard since ...... well. last night. But it took a scary amount of alcohol to make me laugh that hard.

And this was FREE! Image

Well, tail de-burred... mane and tail left to go. I'd love help but with my luck I'd get #2.

I think I'll just stick with the offer of the magical cowboy. Image
